SEEMA a. GUPTA, M.D.

Dr. Seema A. Gupta, M.D., is a board-certified ophthalmologist who received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her internal medicine internship at MacNeal Hospital in Chicago, where she was named Intern of the Year. Dr. Gupta served her ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital, which the U.S. News and World Report consistently ranks among the top two ophthalmology programs in the United States.

Dr. Gupta contributed to the 4th edition of The Wills Eye Manual, a comprehensive resource on eye diseases that can be found in almost every ophthalmology office in the country.

She treats eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eyes, and performs cataract surgery. She uses Wavetec ORA and offers the latest technology intraocular lenses for providing the best vision after cataract surgery (Toric and multifocal intraocular lenses).

In her free time, Dr. Gupta enjoys art, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
